​Common Shipping Information

• Orders will be shipped via Singapore Post (SingPost).

• Orders will be shipped every Monday.

• Orders can only be shipped within Singapore.

• For pre-order items, we will notify you once the items are restocked and will be shipped on the following Monday.

Registered Mail

• Orders below $20 can be requested to have registered mail as the shipping option for additional $3.00.

• Orders below $20 will be packaged in bubble wrap envelopes or poly mailers.

• Orders below $20 can be requested to be packaged in a box for additional $1.00.

• Photos and videos will be sent to customers as shipping proof once items are shipped out.

• Tracking numbers will be issued to orders with registered mail for customers' tracking purposes.

• Orders with registered mail will be delivered to your doorstep.

Standard Mail

• Orders above $20 can be requested to have standard mail as the shipping option for additional $1.50.

• Orders below $20 will be packaged in bubble wrap envelopes or poly mailers.

• Orders below $20 can be requested to be packaged in a box for additional $1.00.

• Photos and videos will be sent to customers as shipping proof once items are shipped out.

• Aurora Stationery will not be responsible for any lost orders with standard mail.

• Orders with standard mail will not receive any tracking numbers.

• Orders with standard mail will be delivered to your letterbox.
